Designed and implemented a full CRM system for a real estate agent using Follow Up Boss and Zapier. Set up automated lead capture from Zillow, Facebook Ads, and open house sign-in forms — all routing into a single pipeline with auto-tagging, lead scoring, and follow-up sequences. The agent went from manually chasing leads to having a fully organized pipeline that works while they're at showings.
