E-commerce Back-end Operations Setup

Took over the back-end operations of an e-commerce store as a Tech VA. Set up inventory tracking in Airtable, automated low-stock alerts via Slack, built an order fulfillment SOP, and integrated the store with a supplier portal using Make (formerly Integromat). Also managed product listings, customer support tickets, and weekly sales reporting for the client.
