Built a fully automated client onboarding flow for a service-based business. The system handles everything from contract generation to welcome emails — triggered the moment a new client books a discovery call. Tools used: Zapier, DocuSign, HubSpot, Loom, and Gmail. Reduced manual onboarding time from 2+ hours to under 10 minutes per new client.
